厚壁无缝管在管道建设中发挥了巨大的作用,特别是在运输油,天然气以及家居装修中发挥着巨大的作用。厚壁无缝管加工完成以后,就要进行连接,常用的连接的方式也是多种多样的,厚壁无缝管的连接问题是一个厂家要攻破的一个技术性的难题,常见的连接方式如下:
1、压缩式 2、活接式 3、卡压式 4、推进式 5、锥螺纹式 6、承插焊接式 7、活接式法兰连接
8、焊接式及焊接与传统连接相结合的派生系列连接方式。
不同的连接方式,因其生产原理的不同,其所应用的领域也有所不同,但总体来说都有一个共同点即安装方便,牢固可靠。

下面就几种较常见的连接方式做简单介绍:
1. 压缩式:将配管插入管件的管口,由螺母紧固,用螺旋力将管口部的套管通过密封圈压缩,起密封作用,完成配管的连接。
2. 焊接式:将配管的端部加工坡口,用手工或自动焊对配管做环状焊接。
3 法兰式:将法兰与配管作环状氩弧焊,用快夹或螺栓紧固,使法兰间的密封垫起密封作用,完成配管连接。
4. 卡压式:将配管插入管件内用专用的安装工具把管壁卡压成六边形,内部的密封圈也变形成六边形
5. 锥螺纹式:就是外螺纹与配管作环状氩弧焊,内螺纹管件以锥螺纹连接起密封作用,完成配管连接。
